Terms of Service for use of Client Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

Welcome to the F & L Tax Service Client Portal ("Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Portal.

 

2. Account Registration

 

To access certain features of the Portal, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 

3. Use of the Portal

 

a. Authorized Use: You may use the Portal only for the purposes for which it is provided, including but not limited to providing F & L Tax Service with necessary client data for bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services.

 

b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

   - Unauthorized access to or use of the Portal.

   - Interfering with the security of the Portal.

   - Uploading or transmitting viruses or other malicious code.

   - Impersonating another person or entity.

   - Using the Portal for any unlawful purpose.

 

4. Privacy and Security

 

a. Privacy of Client Data: F & L Tax Service collects client data for the sole purpose of performing bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services accurately. We will not share this client data with anyone else unless required by law.

 

b. Data Security: We take the security of your information seriously. While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no online service can guarantee absolute security.

 

5. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at our sole discretion and without notice for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

 

6. Changes to the Terms

 

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the most current version will always be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
